Women in LeadershipWomen in Finance: Credibility, Voice and Attribution
Finance runs on numbers that are supposed to speak for themselves, and they do not: the analysis that gets acted on is the one presented by somebody the room already treats as authoritative. This course builds that standing. Delegates work through technical authority and how it is established and lost in a numbers discussion, presenting to a board, credit committee or investment committee where challenge is the norm and hesitation is read as doubt about the work. Being interrupted, having a point restated by somebody else and losing attribution for analysis are addressed with specific responses. Disagreeing with a more senior person on a technical matter is practised. The course closes on visibility beyond your own function.
