Everything you need to know before you register
Answers to the questions we hear most often about registering, paying for and attending a course, whether that is a scheduled public session, an online course or a private in-house programme.
How do I register for a course?
Find your course in the calendar or catalogue and select Register Now. Complete the short registration form with your details and the session you want to attend, and our team will confirm your place and send joining instructions and an invoice. You can also register by phone, email or WhatsApp if you would rather speak to someone first.
How much does training cost?
Pricing is per delegate. Online courses start from R6,500 per delegate and classroom courses start from R11,995 per delegate. The exact price for a specific session is shown on that course's page. All courses run as 3 day programmes. Bookings of 2 or more delegates receive a 10% group discount. In-house training delivered privately to your organisation is quotation on request, based on group size, duration and location.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
Yes. Organisations registering 2 or more delegates onto the same scheduled session receive a 10% group discount automatically. Contact our team with the course, session date and number of delegates and we will confirm the discounted pricing for your group.
Can training be delivered in-house at our offices?
Yes. Any course in our catalogue can be delivered as a private, in-house programme at your premises or online, tailored to your organisation's context and scheduled around your calendar. In-house pricing is quotation on request. See our Corporate and In-House Training page or request a proposal to get started.
Which venues do you offer training in?
We run scheduled classroom training across Southern, East and West Africa, plus international venues in Dubai and London, and live online sessions for delegates anywhere. Visit our Venues and Countries page for the full list of cities and upcoming sessions in each.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Every delegate who completes a course, whether attended in a classroom, online or in-house, receives a certificate of attendance confirming the course title, dates and duration.
How do I join an online session?
A few days before an online course starts, we email you a joining link along with any pre course materials. Sessions run live with a facilitator, so you will need a stable internet connection, a webcam and a quiet space to participate. We recommend testing your connection the day before the course begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or postpone, let us know with as much notice as possible. Cancellations made well ahead of the start date can usually be refunded or credited toward a future session, while late cancellations closer to the start date may only be eligible for a transfer rather than a refund. Contact our team as soon as your plans change and we will confirm the options available for your booking.
How do I pay for a course?
Once you register, we issue an invoice with payment instructions. Payment is typically due before the course start date to confirm your place. If your organisation requires a purchase order or a specific payment process, let us know when you register and we will work with your procurement process.
Can I transfer my registration to a different date?
In most cases, yes. If a delegate can no longer attend a session, we can usually transfer the registration to a colleague or to a future session of the same course, subject to availability and reasonable notice. Contact our team to arrange a transfer.
Are course materials included in the price?
Yes. Course notes and materials are included in the per delegate price for every format, classroom, online and in-house, so there are no separate materials fees.
How far in advance should I register?
We recommend registering as early as possible, since seats on scheduled sessions are limited and popular courses and venues can fill up. Registering ahead of time also gives you time to arrange travel where the course is not online.
Is there a minimum group size for in-house training?
In-house programmes work best with a group of around 8 to 25 delegates, which is typically far more cost effective per person than sending the same number of people to a public scheduled course. Smaller or larger groups can still be discussed, contact us with your numbers and we will advise on the best approach.
How do I request a corporate proposal?
Select Request Proposal from any page, or visit our Corporate and In-House Training page and tell us about your organisation, the course or subject area you are interested in and your preferred timing. We will come back with a written proposal covering scope, format and cost.
