SAP SystemsSAP SuccessFactors: Human Experience Management
SuccessFactors holds the employee record and the talent processes built on it, and because it is configured rather than coded, most implementation problems are decisions made without understanding their downstream effect. This course covers those decisions. Delegates work through employee central and the foundation objects that everything else references, position management and organisational structures, and the workflows and permissions that control who can do what. Recruiting, onboarding, performance and goals, and learning are covered at the level a functional owner needs. Reporting and analytics follow. Integration with payroll and downstream systems is addressed. The course closes on release management, since the platform updates on a fixed cycle regardless of readiness.
