SAP SystemsSAP QM: Quality Management
Quality management in the system connects inspection to procurement, production and delivery, so a badly set up inspection plan blocks stock that should have moved and releases stock that should not have. This course covers configuring and using it. Delegates work through inspection planning, characteristics and sampling procedures, and the inspection lot as the object everything else attaches to. Results recording, usage decisions and their stock posting consequences are covered. Quality notifications and defect recording follow, including the corrective action workflow. Vendor evaluation and quality scores are addressed. The course closes on certificates, batch related quality and the reporting used in an audit.
