Fiori replaces transaction screens with role based apps, and organisations that deploy it without deciding which roles get which apps end up with a launchpad nobody uses. This course covers deploying it so people actually work in it. Delegates work through the design principles behind the app model, the launchpad and catalogue, group and tile structure that determines what a user sees, and role assignment. App types and their technical differences are covered at the level a functional team needs. Configuration and personalisation follow. Mobile and offline use is addressed. The course closes on adoption measurement, on gathering user feedback and on deciding when a classic transaction should remain.
