Project and ContractProject Management for Auditors
Auditing a project requires understanding how one is supposed to work, and most project audit findings are weak because the auditor tested paperwork rather than delivery. This course closes that gap. Delegates work through the project life cycle and the controls proper to each phase, then the audit approach for each: governance and business case, estimating and baseline integrity, procurement and contract award, progress reporting and earned value, change control, and close out. The course covers the warning signs that a project is failing before the reports admit it, and closes on writing findings that a project team accepts rather than resists.
