This course confronts the corruption and integrity risks that arise across the procurement cycle, from collusive bidding and conflicts of interest to kickbacks and bid rigging. Delegates learn to recognise red flags, apply codes of conduct and build integrity controls into sourcing processes. Practical exercises use disguised real world cases to sharpen judgement in ambiguous, high pressure situations.
