Risk, Compliance and AMLPolicy Implementation, Rollout and Compliance Monitoring
Writing a strong policy is only half the task; getting an organisation to actually adopt and follow it is where most policy initiatives quietly fail, usually because rollout was treated as an email. This course covers the other half. Delegates work through stakeholder and impact analysis before rollout, identifying who must change what they do, communication and training designed around that change rather than around the document, and the systems, forms and processes that must move with the policy. Attestation and acknowledgement are covered, along with their limits as evidence. Monitoring design follows: what to test, how often, and by whom. Non compliance handling and the difference between wilful breach and an unworkable requirement are addressed. The course closes on feedback into policy revision.
