These tools are being adopted across African enterprises faster than anybody has governed their use, so the practical question is no longer whether staff will use them but what they are pasting in and how much of the output is being trusted. This course addresses both. Delegates work through what the tools do well and the failure modes that matter at work: confident invention, stale information and reasoning that looks sound and is not. Prompt technique is practised on real work tasks including drafting, summarising, extracting and reformatting. Verification is treated as the core discipline rather than an afterthought. Confidentiality is covered directly, including what must never be pasted into a service the organisation does not control. Use case selection and where these tools do not belong follow. The course closes on an acceptable use policy staff will actually follow.
