FIDIC Conditions of Contract

FIDIC forms are used across African infrastructure and donor funded work, and they allocate risk in ways that only become visible when something goes wrong. This course covers using them properly. Delegates work through the FIDIC family and which form suits which delivery model, the roles of employer, contractor and engineer and the independence the engineer is meant to hold, and the general conditions clause by clause where it matters. Claims, notices and the time bars that extinguish entitlement are covered in detail. Variations, payment and determinations follow. The course closes on dispute avoidance boards and the dispute resolution sequence.
