Risk, Compliance and AMLCorporate Governance for Board Directors
This course equips serving and aspiring board members with a working command of fiduciary duty, board composition and the practical mechanics of effective boardroom decision making. Participants examine governance codes including King IV in South Africa alongside comparable regional frameworks used across Kenya, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, and learn to translate code principles into board charters, committee terms of reference and meeting practice. The programme uses real board failure case studies to show how governance gaps become financial and reputational losses.
