Corporate Governance and Anti Corruption Practice

This course equips directors, company secretaries and senior managers with practical tools to strengthen board oversight and close the gaps that corruption exploits. Drawing on King IV and comparable African corporate governance codes, it examines how weak accountability structures translate into fraud, bribery and state capture risk. Participants leave with a governance and integrity action plan tailored to their organisation.
