Project and ContractContract Auditing
A contract audit tests whether an organisation received what it paid for and whether the controls around contracting actually work, which is different from checking that invoices were approved. This course covers doing one. Delegates work through audit planning and scoping against contract risk, the documentation a proper audit requires, and testing across the contract life cycle from award through variation to final account. Pricing verification, rate application and cost reimbursable audit receive detailed treatment. The course covers detecting the common leakages and irregularities, and closes on reporting findings and recovering value where entitlement exists.
