Artificial intelligence has reached the people function through screening tools, learning platforms and content generation, and its risks there are unusually concentrated because the decisions affect individuals directly. This course covers using it responsibly. Delegates work through where these tools genuinely help, including content drafting, learning personalisation and administrative load, and where they do not.
