AI and Digital TransformationApplied Artificial Intelligence for Managers
Managers are being asked to approve artificial intelligence spending and to decide what staff may use, usually without a way to tell a genuine capability from a demonstration. This course provides that. Delegates work through what current systems can and cannot do, and the specific failure modes: confident wrong answers, sensitivity to how a question is phrased, and performance that degrades quietly on data unlike the training set. Identifying candidate uses in their own function follows, with an honest test for each. Data readiness and the question of what may lawfully be used are covered. Build against buy, and the vendor questions worth asking, are addressed. Staff use policy is covered, including confidential information and verification. Cost, including the running cost people forget, follows. The course closes on measuring whether a deployment helped and on stopping one that did not.
