Finance and TreasuryPreparing for an Initial Public Offering
Taking a company to market changes what it must disclose, how it is governed and who it answers to, and most of the work happens well before the listing itself. This course covers the process end to end. Delegates work through readiness assessment, the governance and financial reporting changes required, valuation and pricing, the prospectus and due diligence process, the roles of the advisers involved, and the listing requirements of the relevant exchange. Post listing obligations receive proper attention, including continuing disclosure and the reality that the reporting burden begins rather than ends at listing.
