Tax and LegalTax Audits, Investigations and Dispute Resolution
Revenue authorities across the continent have significantly increased audit activity, and this course prepares tax and finance professionals to manage that process from the first information request through to objection and appeal. Participants learn how to organise audit files, respond to queries without prejudicing the taxpayer's position, and pursue formal objections and appeals through tax tribunals and courts. Real anonymised case files illustrate common areas of dispute including transfer pricing, VAT input claims and disallowed expenses.
