As an enterprise expands its system footprint, controlling who can do what inside it becomes a governance matter rather than an administrative one, because the combinations that permit fraud are invisible in any single role. This course covers the controls. Delegates work through access control and the risk analysis that finds segregation of duties conflicts across roles a user holds together, remediation and the mitigating controls applied where separation is impossible. Access request and approval workflow follows, along with the role owners who must actually understand what they approve. Emergency and elevated access is covered including logging and review. Periodic access certification is addressed. The course closes on process control, on continuous monitoring and on the reporting an auditor will ask for.
