SAP SystemsSAP FICO: Financial Accounting and Controlling
Finance and controlling sit on the same postings viewed two ways, which is why a configuration decision made for statutory reporting quietly determines what management reporting can show. This course covers both sides. Delegates work through the enterprise structure of company code, chart of accounts and fiscal year that everything else is built on, general ledger and document posting including the automatic entries a transaction generates elsewhere. Accounts payable and receivable follow, with their reconciliation accounts. Asset accounting and depreciation are covered. On the controlling side, cost centres, internal orders and the cost element structure that carries costs across are addressed. Period end closing is worked through in sequence. The course closes on reporting and on tracing a number back to the document that created it.
