
Women in LeadershipNegotiation and Influence Skills for Women Professionals
This course gives women professionals a structured, repeatable approach to negotiation, whether the stakes are a salary conversation, a supplier contract, or cross departmental resourcing. Participants practise on realistic scenarios covering pay, promotion, budgets, and vendor terms, and learn to counter the specific dynamics that often disadvantage women at the table. The course closes with techniques for building influence outside formal negotiations, where many of the most important outcomes are actually decided.
