Women in LeadershipMentoring and Sponsorship Programmes for Women
Organisations launch mentoring programmes for women that produce pleasant conversations and no promotions, because mentoring gives advice while sponsorship spends political capital, and only the second changes outcomes. This course covers designing programmes that work.
