Managing Organizational Change and Transformation

This foundational course introduces the principles and practical tools needed to plan and lead change initiatives of moderate scale, from restructuring to new system rollouts. Participants apply recognised change models to a real or simulated project, building a change plan that addresses resistance, communication and adoption from the outset.
