Maintenance ManagementLean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
An introduction to the improvement method for people who will take part in projects rather than lead them. Delegates learn the define, measure, analyse, improve and control structure, the basic data and process tools used at each stage, and how to contribute usefully to a project team. The emphasis is practical: recognising a problem worth a structured approach, collecting data that means something, and understanding what the belt leading the project is asking for and why. Delegates finish able to participate credibly in an improvement project and to run a small local improvement themselves.
