Leadership and ManagementLean, Green and Agile Thinking for Leaders
Efficiency, environmental performance and responsiveness are usually pursued by separate functions with conflicting measures. This course examines where they genuinely reinforce one another and where they do not. Delegates work through the overlap between waste reduction and emissions reduction, the tension between lean inventory and supply resilience, agility and the buffer it requires, and the leadership decisions that resolve these trade offs rather than pretending they do not exist. The course is honest that the three are frequently presented as mutually supporting when in specific decisions they are not, and works on making that trade off explicitly.
