Cybersecurity and ITIdentity and Access Management
Most serious breaches involve a legitimate credential used by the wrong person, which makes identity the control that matters most and the one that decays fastest as people join, move and leave. This course covers managing it. Delegates work through the identity lifecycle from joiner through mover to leaver, authentication including multi factor and its bypasses, and authorisation models from role based through to attribute based. Privileged access receives full attention, including vaulting, session control and the accounts nobody owns. Federation and single sign on are covered. Access review and recertification follow. The course closes on service and machine identities, which now outnumber people.
