Leadership and ManagementHuman Centred Leadership: Health and Sustainable Performance
A senior programme on leading in a way that produces performance without extracting it from people. Delegates examine the organisational choices that determine workload and pressure, the leadership behaviours that either buffer or amplify them, and the measurement problem of an organisation that tracks output closely and human cost not at all. The course covers the accountability question directly: wellbeing initiatives placed alongside unchanged demands are widely recognised by employees as a substitute for addressing the cause. Delegates work on the decisions within their own authority and on making the case for those outside it.
