Human ResourcesEmployee Relations and Grievance Management Essentials
A poorly handled grievance can turn a minor workplace complaint into a costly dispute, a damaged reputation or a labour tribunal case that drags on for months. This course gives HR practitioners and line managers the procedural discipline and interpersonal skill needed to handle grievances, disciplinary matters and collective disputes fairly and defensibly. Delegates practise conducting a full grievance hearing using realistic case material drawn from common African workplace scenarios.
