Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management

A board is accountable for cyber risk it cannot assess directly, and the governance layer between the board and the technology exists to close that gap. This course builds it. Delegates work through roles and accountability from board to executive to operational team, policy architecture that people can actually follow, and the risk appetite statement that tells a security team what it may and may not accept. Reporting is covered in depth: what a board needs, at what frequency, and in what terms. Regulatory obligation, incident notification and third party governance complete the programme, along with the assurance mapping that shows who is testing what.
