Coaching People Through Uncertainty and Constant Change

Restructuring, technology shifts and volatile markets have made coaching conversations a daily requirement rather than an occasional intervention. This course equips HR practitioners and managers with a coaching framework built specifically for uncertain and fast changing environments, moving beyond generic GROW model training into scenario based practice. Delegates practise coaching real workplace dilemmas such as role ambiguity, restructuring anxiety and cross generational friction.

Course objectives

  • Apply a coaching framework suited to ambiguous and rapidly changing situations
  • Ask questions that surface an employee's own solutions rather than imposing answers
  • Coach individuals through anxiety triggered by restructuring or role change
  • Build coaching habits into everyday one on one conversations
  • Recognise when a coaching approach is inappropriate and referral is needed
