AI and Digital TransformationChange Management for Digital Transformation Programmes
Digital transformation programmes fail more often from resistance and poor change management than from technology shortcomings. This course equips programme managers and change practitioners with structured methods for managing stakeholder resistance, building adoption and sustaining new ways of working once a digital system goes live. Participants apply change management tools to a live transformation project from their own organisation throughout the course.
