This applied course concentrates on the single factor most likely to determine whether a change initiative succeeds, how it is communicated and how stakeholders are engaged throughout. Participants practise crafting messages for different audiences, managing rumour and uncertainty, and running engagement sessions that convert sceptics into supporters.
