Cash Forecasting, Financing and Business Valuation

This course covers the three connected questions of how much cash a business will have, how it will fund the gap, and what the business is worth. Delegates build cash forecasts at operating and strategic horizons, assess working capital and its release, compare financing options against a funding requirement, and value a business using income, market and asset approaches. The valuation material addresses the practical problem of applying textbook methods in markets with few comparable transactions, and the course closes on the sensitivity analysis that shows which assumption the answer actually depends on.
