Asset Management Systems and ISO 55000

This course introduces the ISO 55000 family of standards and shows how physical asset management principles translate into practical governance for African infrastructure, utility, and industrial assets. Delegates learn to build asset management policies, strategic asset management plans, and line of sight from organisational objectives down to individual asset decisions. Real asset portfolios are used to practise risk-based decision making across the asset lifecycle.
