Agile and Demand Driven Supply Chain Management

Volatile consumer demand and unpredictable lead times make traditional forecast driven planning increasingly unreliable, pushing leading organisations toward agile, demand driven operating models. This course teaches participants to design decoupling points, apply sense and respond planning techniques and shorten replenishment cycles without inflating inventory. A simulation exercise contrasts forecast push planning against a demand driven pull model under real demand variability.
